Things To Know When Buying A LCD Television
one thing that you need to know about buying a LCD television is that not all sales representatives will give the all the information you need to know before you buy it, they usually leave out a few things that often times will have you paying more for something that you really shouldn't be.
What am I talking about?
One of the sneakiest tricks that sales reps pull on customers is they change the screen resolution on higher lower priced TV's so that they don't look as clear as another TV that is about $100 more. They simply do this because studies show that customers who buy a TV will buy it based on the way it looks in the store and if the TV is off it won't sell, if the TV is too dark it won't sell, and if the TV is really clear then they sell quickly no matter what the price is.

Have you ever walked into a local electronics store and saw a sale sign next to an item that seemed too good to be true. The reason that this happens is because sales reps will often times place a sale sign next to the wrong item in order to get people to ask to take the item home and most of the time that item is a LCD TV. I know you don't completely understand this and I don't blame you when I saw this happen the first time I was floored and I want you to know exactly what is going on.
What the sales reps do is once a customer comes up and asks for the item they then act that the sign must have been placed there by mistake and then they reveal the real price which is much higher than that one. Here comes the sneaky part; then with you mad that the item you want isn't for the price they said it was for the sales rep acts considerate and tells you he will talk to his manager and see what he can do about it. The next thing the sale rep will do is come out and tell you that the price on the sign was wrong and that they are sorry, but because of the mix up they will offer you a different price that is higher than the sale price yet lower than the original price. This almost always lures people in to buy the LCD TV at a higher when they really were planning on selling it for less.
My advice is to either buy from a big box store such as Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Target or anywhere that their sales people don't get a commission because those are the people that will burn you. The trick to getting the best deal on your LCD TV is to fully understand what people will do to make a few bucks off you. Once you understand how come of the sales people work then and only then go out and find the best TV you can find.
